Communion Bread Recipe

Here is a recipe for some really good homemade communion bread.  (Feel free to just grab a cracker!) 



3-3.5 cup flour

1cup heavy cream (or whipping)
1⁄2 cup melted butter
1.5 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar


  • Mix together with mixer
  • Flour work surface
  • Divide dough into 4 pieces and roll to 1/8 inch thick.
  • Use round cutter to form circle
  • Melt another stick of butter & brush on cookie sheet
  • 6 pieces per sheet and fork holes in top and brush with butter Bake at 400` for 7-9 minutes
  • Don’t let bottom burn
