Leadership

  • Wayne Campbell: Pastor

Hi,  I'm Wayne!  I love to help people be shaped by God to be followers of Jesus Christ.  I came to know Jesus at an early age.  He has done a great work in my life and I could not imagine life without him.  He has blessed me with the opportunity to study and earn a degree in Christian Ethics and Computer Science from Union University and a Masters of Divinity from Southern Seminary.  I live in West Kelowna with my wife Brittany and two children.   My family is so happy to serve and be a part of Potter's House.  If I can help you in any way, please let me know.  Email is a great way to reach me, or you can find me online:

  • Melissa Berg: Administrative Assistant

Hello, my name is Melissa Berg.  I was hired in Oct 2020 as the church office administrative assistant.  I work with Pastor Wayne and the rest of the church leadership to get the day to day done so the church can keep moving forward with its ministry.  I grew up in the Okanagan and currently live in Kelowna with my husband, Jasper.  We both believe and participate in community and have beautiful relationships with the Lord where we practice listening to His voice and abiding in His presence.  I am honoured to work for a body of believers who are doing the same.

  • Linden Block: Interim Youth Minister

Hi, I'm Linden!  I accepted Jesus as my saviour when I was a young boy.  I joined the church in August 2018 as an intern until September 2020 where I became the Interim Youth Minister.  I am currently working on my Bachelor's for Youth leadership.  One of the things that brings me great joy in life is to make others smile and feel welcome.  I'm also a drummer and play on the worship band for Sunday service.

  • Derek Harvey: Elder

Greetings, I'm Derek and my wife is Marjorie; we have been part of the church leadership for fourteen years.  During my teen years, I accepted Jesus as my Saviour while attending an evangelical church in Blackpool, England.  I served in the Royal Air Force, and was married before emigrating to Canada in 1959.  In the fall of that year, I was involved in a church plant in the Surrey, Delta Area, which grew to over 300 members; this was a marvelous spiritual growth experience over a period of 40 years.  The joy of knowing the Lord is my strength, and may be yours too.

  • Bruce Hildebrandt: Elder

Hello, I am Bruce.  I was born and raised in Alberta.  I became a Christian at the age of seven and was baptized at eleven.  I  graduated from Peace River Bible Institute and have been involved in various aspects of Christian ministry for over forty years. Although initially raised in a Mennonite church, I would call myself non-denominational as I've attended Baptist, Charismatic, Mennonite, Pentecostal, and helped to plant an Alliance Church.

I love Jesus like crazy. In 1992, I married my amazing wife Niki and together we have enjoyed many God adventures, including multiple missions trips to Mexico, South Africa and Zambia. I am humbled by the opportunities God has provided for me to be involved in leadership in different Christian organizations.

  • Mark Pike: Elder

Welcome to our website! I am Mark and I came to know and love the Lord over 25 years ago.  My wife Pirjo and I have been blessed to have served in both worship and leadership roles in a number of churches in the Okanagan since arriving here in 1995.

We are excited about what the Lord is doing and how Potters House is focused not only on meeting the needs of our congregation but continually seeks opportunities to serve in our communities.

It is a blessing and honour to be able to meet and worship the Lord together with our church family. We look forward to seeing you at Potter’s House soon!
